GMS undertook the full D&B the refurbishment of the existing science research laboratory located on the 4th fourth floor New Cavendish campus location to include Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems, ventilation, plumbing and medical gases.
GMS have recently undertaken the full Design & Build Category B Office fitout for the Civil Aviation Authority Head Office in Canary Wharf. Including the safe isolation and removal of the existing Mechanical Services to facilitate the proposed works. Installation of new HVAC systems consisting of fan coil units, heating and chilled water pipework, Washroom facilities, Kitchen areas with Leak detection and Server Room Cooling Solutions complete with Fire Suppression System.
Grade II listed building refurbishment to include new Daikin VRV Air Conditioning, Ventilation systems along with BMS controls, plumbing and common area heating.
Full refurbishment and extension of the Doctors surgery including consultation rooms. Increased overall footprint of the practice building to circa 900m2 through construction of multi-storey extensions. GMS designed and installed Mitsubishi VRF Systems, Heating, Ventilation to all areas along with plumbing and hot water systems.
Our most prestigious and largest project to date was the full design and installation of mechanical services for the brand new head office and flagship store for Chanel on New Bond Street. From design development alongside the architectural team through to the successful delivery of all mechanical services to include Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, Gas Fired water heaters and all associated pipework and services. Over 100 4 pipe fan coil units located over 5 floors, Trend BMS Controls system, Smoke extraction, UPS and Sprinkler Systems. M&E services fully coordinated and installed within boutique ceiling voids designed and installed to a tolerance of 2mm to enable ornate ceiling installations to follow. GMS have undertaken the full Planned Preventative Maintenance for the building since installation.
We undertook the design and installation of Air Conditioning and ventilation systems including heating to common areas across six floors. AC & Vent was provided in the form of Toshiba Heat Recovery VRF systems. New kitchenette and washroom facilities were also installed including hot water generation and sump pumps within the basement.
Broadcasting House is the headquarters of the BBC, in Portland Place and Langham Place, London. The project is being undertaken across all 10 floors of the main building. On this project we are undertaking the refurbishment of all the washrooms within the building along with the refreshment of the tea points. All services are being coordinated by GMS to include Reflective Ceiling Plans. Within the washrooms new Gerberit and Armitage sanitaryware is being installed along with associated services. New WC extract system to cubicles is also being provided. Tea points are being replaced with new joinery units which we are installing water heaters and zip taps throughout.
